Frequently asked questions

What are your hours?

We are open by appointment only. You may book your visit here. Please note that in order to ensure we have enough flowers and herbs for everyone, we only have a limited number of spots available each week.

How many people can I bring?

Our current zoning and licensing allow for a certain number of vehicle visits per day. For that reason, each appointment is for ONE vehicle, but you can bring as many people as there are seats in your vehicle! If you would like to bring a larger group with more vehicles, please contact us directly and we will book the field exclusively for you (subject to availability).

What can I pick when I am there?

Depending on when you visit there will be different flowers in bloom. This year we have planted amaranth, bells of Ireland, bupleurum, celosia, dara, echinacea, feverfew, frosted explosion grass, globe thistle, gomphrena, mountain mint, nasturtium, nigella, rudbeckia, scabiosa, sea holly, snapdragon, statice, stock, strawflowers, sunflowers, sweet peas, yarrow, and zinnias.

What is the cost to pick flowers?

This year we are offering a 32oz cup for $25. You are welcome to pick as many flowers as will fit in the cup. When you finish picking we will wrap your bouquet to take home. The cups stay on the farm so that they can be re-used.

What about herbs?

We have a variety of culinary and medicinal herbs including various types of basil, catnip, cilantro, dill, lemon balm, peppermint, oregano, rosemary, sage, thyme and tulsi (holy basil). Herbs can be purchased by the bundle for $3 each. Why not pick a bouquet garni, or a variety of herbs to make tea?

How long can I stay?

Feel free to stay as long as you like!

Do you allow pets?

We love animals but please book a time when someone is available to care for your pet at home. For insurance reasons, only service dogs may accompany you on your visit.
